I know firsthand because it took me twenty years of trial and error to figure out what I was passionate about. I remember feeling unfulfilled and extremely unhappy during high school, college, and working in corporate America. Sounds familiar-right? Of course it does!
I wrote Genius Factor: Make Your Passion Your Paycheck because I cracked the code for helping individuals achieve happiness in their careers. Through my entrepreneurial journey, I've realized that self-awareness, emotional intelligence (EQ), identifying your talents & passion, and activating your Genius Factor are core tenets that map to success in life.
